One of France’s most beautiful villages. In this former stopover on the
de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, on the banks of the Aveyron river, stone houses with
slate roofs stand at the foot of the fortified castle, remarkably restored in the late 1970s by
architect Fernand Pouillon. Gourmets can enjoy the cuisine of Le Vieux Pont, where
Nicole Fagegaltier, Michelin-starred chef, officiates.
